I've been dead from the cyber world for over half a year now. But you know how it goes, the annoying ones always come back.
Life has been fulfilling this year. More so, these past couple of weeks since I've decided to take a breather from debate. After the trip to Kuala Gula and being back in the green for a little while, I realized my true calling. Where home was. And where I needed to be.
So this is how the next year's lineup going to sound.
TUNZA is at the end of this month and I'm all charged and ready to go. What we talked about in March is materializing and I've finally gotten a production team together and a proper program outline. Scripts, storyboards and montages and still all over the place but we've got a good amount of raw materials and footages from random sources. The media centre will be well-equipped (I hope) and we might get a professional editor on board (I hope hope!!). But for now, I have to come up with a proper production schedule before Day 0 actually comes around. Its been tough on me with broken promises and shattered hopes but you'll be the one kicking yourself with regret and I will be the one emerging triumphant. Again *smiles*
The Global Youth Meet on Health in New Delhi, India will be another potentially groundbreaking step for me. Its our turn, our voices and our perspectives. This is how we will help. Big dreams, Khairun.
Raleigh International KL is planning more fundraisers. The tentative idea is a photography convention somewhere next March. I've just volunteered to head the event management department. Something new. But that's the beauty of it.
The Envoys are still talking about establishing a proper body for ourselves. We'll see how that goes too.
For now, though, apart from all that jazz, I've been spending a lot of time sharpening the saw. Weekends and weeknights are spent with friends, I've started wall climbing with Intan, Pash and Alya, some days I go to for BodyJam and BodyCombat at Fitness First with Mars or Hamiza, I've been to the Starlight Cinema 3 times already (Faris won the Short Film Fest Competition thing there yay!) and more time has been spent towards planning sleepovers, barbeques and artsy fartsy stuff. I see the family a lot too.
So things have been good. Thanks for everything. I love you guys (but I guess you already know that).
I hope I'll be here more often now I've got my priorities straight. No more talk, its time to see some ACTION!
Kisses!!
